NIGP and IAPPO are co-sponsoring two seminars in October at the Marriott Schaumburg. NIGP is handling the entire seminar registration process through its web site. Registration and payment must be received by NIGP two weeks prior to the event, which is approximately September 30, 2009.

The two seminars are subject matter requested by the Illinois procurement community: The one-day seminar teaches procurement officials the benefits of establishing good relationships with end-users and suppliers. The two-day seminar is very timely with stimulus money reaching state and local governments. It is important for public officials to gain knowledge of federal requirements and paperwork in order to meet federal standards.
